Job Title: In Home Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate In Home Care Assistant to join our team. As an In Home Care Assistant, you will be working directly with our clients, providing support and care in their homes.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of the importance of dignity and respect in the provision of care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting and connecting with our clients to assist with daily living tasks
  • Providing transportation to appointments and shopping
  • Preparing meals and assisting with personal care
  • Providing respite for family members and carers
Requirements:
  • A Certificate 3 or 4 in Individual Support (highly regarded but not essential)
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
