Job Summary
The Mid North Coast Local Health District is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Director of Integrated Care, Allied Health and Community Services. This is a pivotal role that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure the smooth operation of the Directorate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director, including preparing and coordinating meetings, reports, and presentations.
- Manage and coordinate complex projects and tasks, ensuring timely completion and high-quality outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including senior executives, clinicians, and external partners.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on administrative matters, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a high-level administrative support role, preferably in a healthcare or government setting.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior executives, including preparing and coordinating complex meetings and reports.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly developed analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Current driver's license and ability to travel when required.
