About you:
Our Trainer Assessors possess strong communication and presentation skills coupled with a desire to learn and help grow our training business. You will be self-motivated, a natural problem solver and have strong time management and organisational skills to deliver quality training programs. Also, as we are transferring to digital assessments / online courses being comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc) is required.
To be considered for this role, you will:
Have strong communication, presentation and time management skills
Be self-motivated and reliable
Hold TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
Have proven experience in facilitation
Be comfortable with digital devices (laptop, iPad, etc)
Desired competencies or equivalent experience must include:-
First Aid
Advanced First Aid
CPR / LVR
Advanced CPR
Pain Management
Working At Heights
Confined Space
