
Strategic Technology Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to lead our expanding technology infrastructure. This role is pivotal in managing computer systems, telematics, and network operations, ensuring seamless performance and security across all technological platforms.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, be able to multitask with ease, and possess a deep understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Email Messaging Systems, Network Infrastructure, and multi-location servers.
In addition to technical expertise, the selected individual will demonstrate strong communication skills, be able to mentor and lead a team of IT staff, and foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor: Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by leading and mentoring a team of IT staff.
- Helpdesk Management: Oversee the helpdesk ticketing system to ensure efficient incident management and problem resolution.
- Microsoft Exchange Services: Install, configure, and support Microsoft Exchange services and Microsoft Cloud Solutions, including Office 365 and Azure.
- Network Operations: Manage WAN and LAN operations to ensure compliance and connectivity according to industry best practices.
- Hardware and Software Inventory: Handle hardware and software inventory, including procurement and maintenance, with effective cost management.
- Data Recovery and Backup: Implement and routinely test recovery and backup procedures to ensure data integrity.
- IT Security Awareness: Conduct IT security awareness training and monitor its effectiveness through testing campaigns.
- Emerging Technologies: Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and minimize vulnerabilities.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support to staff, diagnosing and resolving IT-related issues.
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- Leadership Experience: A minimum of five years of relevant IT experience, with at least three years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Email Messaging Systems, Network Infrastructure, and multi-location servers.
- Soft Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, project prioritization skills, and excellent communication skills.
