About the Position:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and processing approved patient travel needs in accordance with established policies and guidelines.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Coordinating approved patient travel and processing travel claims in a timely manner.
- Providing advice to clients about eligibility requirements and travel options.
- Assisting in the reconciliation and preparation for payments of accounts.
- Participating in the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of internal systems, processes, and work practices.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to understand and react responsively to client expectations.
You will also need to have knowledge of or the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of administrative procedures and policies and standards in a travel environment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability or ability to quickly acquire and apply knowledge of relevant standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to understand and react responsively to client expectations.

- Sound oral communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of client groups.
