Role Summary

We are seeking a seasoned hospitality leader to spearhead the launch of our newest property. As the inaugural champion, you will be responsible for shaping the operational strategy, cultivating a strong team culture, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in senior leadership roles, with a strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. They will be responsible for leading all aspects of hotel operations, building and developing a high-performing team, and executing strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with operational focus, knowledge of current hospitality trends and compliance standards, and experience in F&B concepts that excite the local scene.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of hotel operations to ensure service excellence and smooth day-to-day functioning
  • Build and develop a high-performing, guest-focused team
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue and profitability
