We're looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for an individual who thrives on crafting exceptional user experiences and turning big ideas into impactful solutions.

As a Product Manager, you'll play a key part in shaping our products, helping our customers seamlessly sell, serve guests, market, and manage their businesses. You'll dive deep into customer problems, using insights and data to craft smart strategies that drive real results.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a deep understanding of our customers' businesses, pain points, and the 'why' behind their challenges.
  2. Use data-driven insights to shape a customer-centric product strategy that solves real problems.
  3. Balance competing priorities across a diverse customer base, leading a cross-functional team to launch, iterate, and scale solutions globally.
  4. Communicate complex ideas simply, ensuring internal and external stakeholders are aligned on priorities, resources, and progress.
  5. Advocate for customers at every step, bringing passion and a strong product mindset to consistently deliver real value.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a fast-growing software company.
  • A proven track record of delivering impact in dynamic environments with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, able to break down complex challenges and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • A natural influencer, skilled at aligning decision-makers at all levels without relying on authority.
  • Detail-obsessed, ensuring your engineering team has everything they need to execute successfully.
  • An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal, with a knack for building strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
