Leading Product Manager

We are seeking a Product Manager to join our team, responsible for developing the product roadmap and representing the voice of the customer.
This role involves prioritising and balancing what is realistic with what will make a difference, managing stakeholders, translating strategy into executable solutions, partnering within cross-functional teams, defining what needs to be built, and enabling delivery through effective decision-making.
- Key responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives, creating and conveying a vision to key stakeholders, and simplifying processes and issues.
- The successful candidate must lead workshops, work closely with stakeholders, and build collaborative partnerships.
- Proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills are essential, as well as experience with agile methodologies and requirements analysis.
