Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Leader to join our team. As the Head of Compliance – Retail Product and Marketing, you will be responsible for leading a compliance advisory team that provides balanced compliance support and advice to our divisions. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that our business activities are compliant with all applicable regulations and laws.
Key Responsibilities- Coach, lead, and manage the team to provide effective compliance support and advice to our divisions.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure the effective and compliant operation of our business activities.
- Provide strategic compliance support for business initiatives, activities, and new product and digital channels.
- Identify and implement corrective action plans for resolution of complex, problematic issues.
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of eight years compliance-related work experience.
- A pragmatic and commercial mindset focused on delivering business-enabling and compliant outcomes.
- Wealth management experience in superannuation and funds management required.
- A demonstrated history of effective and inclusive people leadership and strategic vision, especially relating to compliance.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
