About the Role


We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Risk & Compliance to join our team. This is a dynamic role that will see you working closely with senior executives to ensure effective risk and compliance management practices are in place.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and embed ongoing processes for identifying, managing, and reporting emerging risks and compliance obligations
  • Work closely with the Chief Risk Officer to support the Board, CEO, and Group Executive in strategic planning activities and risk assessments
  • Prepare and present enterprise risk and compliance reports on second-line management practices and emerging risks


Requirements



  • Significant industry experience in risk and compliance management from within the financial services sector
  • Strong experience in strategic leadership roles
  • Hands-on experience in designing and developing risk and compliance frameworks and strategies
  • Advanced technical knowledge of the Australian superannuation industry regulatory environment
  • Qualifications in risk, compliance, and leadership

  • Estimated salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience
