We are seeking a motivated and experienced events professional to join our team on a casual basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

The Conference Centre Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to delegates and guests. This includes assisting with the setup and operation of conferences and meetings, as well as maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

The role requires flexibility and the ability to work varying shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends. A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) Certificate is also essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Friendly and customer-focused attitude with a strive for total customer satisfaction
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality
  • Confidence in liaising with various internal and external clients
  • A high standard of grooming and presentation
  • Ability and flexibility to work varied rostered shifts
  • Hold a valid RSA Certificate
