We're seeking a skilled Space Optimization Specialist to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our retail operations team, you'll play a critical role in maximizing store space and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement space optimization strategies to improve store layouts and customer experiences
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for space savings and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement store renovations and upgrades
  • Provide expert advice on space planning and layout design to store managers and teams

What You'll Bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills, with experience in data visualization and reporting
