Join Our Team as a Macro Space Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Macro Space Planner to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a Macro Space Planner, you will play a key role in developing floor plans that maximize customer experience and drive incremental sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop optimized floor plans and overviews using Blue Yonder for all CSU, new store, renewals, and within the range review schedule
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the best space outcomes are achieved for the business
  • Co-create business plans that optimize return on space by delivering and interpreting complex data into digestible formats
  • Evolve floorplan flows to ensure a level of advocacy across the business
  • Analyze data from Macro space tech capabilities and translate into tangible business outcomes through floorplans
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in Macro Space business and Blue Yonder capabilities
  • Experience in retail/FMCG preferred
  • Business Transformation experience is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and written communication skills
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to draw insights from data
