Property Coordinator Role

We are seeking a Property Coordinator to support our team at THQ Redfern, NSW. This is a Permanent - Full Time opportunity.

The role has primary responsibility for capturing, monitoring and presenting property FM performance related data to facilitate improved decision making, governance and visibility of Facilities Management initiatives.

  • Provide reporting support to Area Facilities Managers and Maintenance Teams
  • Present data to identify opportunities for improvement in program, project and spend management
  • Maintain Minor Works Work-in-Progress (WIP), coordinating proposals, quotes and scopes of works for planned/unplanned works
  • Support Area Facilities Managers by managing and coordinating WIP Team meetings
  • Develop and coordinate Request for Quotes (RFQs) and tenders to support WIP requirements
  • Monitor Property budget OPEX and CAPEX planning and expenditure
  • Maintain the Property Group's Document management repository, Sharepoint

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience in property workplaces. The successful candidate will have recently completed tertiary study related to Business, Commercial or Property.
