Job Opportunity

A career opportunity exists for a Veterans Pathways Manager to oversee the client journey from initial contact to onboarding, ensuring every veteran and their family receives professional support. The successful candidate will supervise the Client Engagement Officer, manage enquiries and onboarding processes, and oversee practice support functions such as client communications, accounts, and resource management.

This role requires close collaboration with senior staff members to ensure seamless client pathways while contributing to community engagement and marketing initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of the client journey from initial contact to onboarding
  • Supervision of the Client Engagement Officer
  • Management of enquiries and onboarding processes
  • Overseeing practice support functions including client communications, accounts, and resource management
  • Collaboration with senior staff members
  • Contributing to community engagement and marketing initiatives
About You

We seek a highly organized and adaptable individual with experience in client services, administration, or practice management. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with proficiency in using digital tools and CRMs. A current National Police Clearance is also required.
