About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Supply Chain Management to join our team. As a senior consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding major customers through their journey to SAP Business Suite.

Your primary responsibility will be to help customers understand their path from traditional SCM practices to the more advanced Business Suite world, encompassing AI, mobility, automated scheduling, and networks.

You will work closely with account teams to develop SAP-centric solution scenarios, prepare implementation plans, and define outcomes that lead to overall customer success.

Key deliverables include building actionable roadmaps, supporting the creation of business cases, Proof-of-Concept (PoC), providing architecture advice, and delivering implementation support as needed.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A minimum of 7+ years of professional experience working as a senior SAP IBP consultant.
  • Expert knowledge in SAP IBP and preferably covering at least 5+ full implementation life cycles.
  • Proven project delivery experience with product and domain knowledge in SAP IBP covering a broad range of modules like Demand Planning (DP), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Supply Planning, etc.
  • Experience with associated processes like Demand Management, Inventory Management, Capacity Management, Strategic Sourcing, Tactical Planning, Plan Execution in SAP PPDS, All relevant master data and organisation structure.
  • Knowledge around planning and execution of SAP Maintenance, Repair and Operations (MRO) processes and IBP is an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of industry trends in Supply Chain Management process and best practices.
  • Associate SAP Certification in the Core area and/or a professional certification is an advantage.
  • APICS or Oliver Wight certification is a bonus.
  • ABAP development and CPII skills are an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and effectiveness in problem-solving.
  • Ease in presenting complex information to customers in a clear, well-documented, and trustworthy manner.
  • Team player and ability to work successfully in culturally diverse environments.
  • Strong networking and customer relationship management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with technical and business focus.
  • Passionate about technology, innovation, and how digital platforms can solve business challenges.
