Key Responsibilities:- Define Architecture Roadmaps: Develop and maintain target state architecture and roadmaps for Connex.
- Lead Solution Design: Lead the design of card issuing, acquiring, switching, and merchant services solutions.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership across real-time payments, eCommerce, and omni-channel initiatives.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and assess feasibility.
- Vendor Integration: Evaluate and integrate vendor solutions with scheme and security compliance.
- Cloud-Native Solutions: Architect event-driven, microservices, and cloud-native solutions using Azure or AWS.
- Solution Performance: Ensure performance, scalability, security, and supportability of solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and contribute to governance and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in solution architecture within payments and banking.
- Proven experience with Connex or similar switching platforms.
- Strong knowledge of card scheme operations, tokenization, 3D Secure, and digital wallets.
- Expertise in ISO 8583, ISO 20022, AS2805, and SWIFT protocols.
- Familiarity with Azure, AWS, containerization, and integration tools (Web Services, MQ).
- Knowledge of Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and eCommerce gateways (e.g., Cybersource, MPGS).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
