">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced mechanic to join our team as a Lead Automotive Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a range of mechanical issues across all makes and models. You will also contribute to a culture of learning and development, utilizing your strong verbal and written communication skills.
">About the Role
">The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience in automotive mechanics, along with a Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or higher. A valid manual driver's licence and own tools are also essential. E-safety ticket, air conditioning or hybrid training would be desirable.
">Salary and Benefits
">As a Lead Automotive Technician, you can expect a salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, plus superannuation and performance bonuses. You will also enjoy a 4-day work week (Tuesday - Friday), daily lunch provided, on-site car parking, and access to upgraded workshop equipment.
