The Role:
- Perform health assessments and administer vaccines as needed.
- Monitor patients after vaccinations and provide post-care instructions.
- Triage patients and prioritize emergency situations based on severity.
- Assist GPs with minor procedures and coordinate patient care.
- Manage patient data, including wound dressings and removal of sutures.
- Provide health education and coaching to support patients in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled or Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience in General Practice or an acute setting.
- Knowledge of Health Assessment is highly regarded.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for helping others and a personable approach.
