You'll treat across general, biomechanical, sports and minor procedure presentations while mentoring junior clinicians and contributing to service development. Key Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric assessment and treatment across general care, biomechanics/sports, and minor procedures (e.g. ingrown toenail surgery, wart therapy).
• Utilise advanced tools (gait analysis, lasers, SWIFT, Lunula, orthotic lab) to deliver outcome‑driven care.
• Prescribe, manufacture and adjust custom orthoses using in‑house systems.
• Develop and monitor rehabilitation and prevention programs.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation; uphold infection control, safety and compliance standards.
• Mentor early‑career clinicians/students and contribute to internal professional development.
• Build and maintain referrer and patient relationships to support clinic growth.
  
  

Essential Criteria

• Tertiary qualification in Podiatry.
• Current AHPRA registration and full Australian working rights.
• 2-3+ years' post‑graduate clinical experience (private practice or multidisciplinary setting preferred).
• Proven ability to build and retain an ethical caseload.
• Strong communication skills; patient‑first, team‑oriented approach.
• Coachable mindset-willing to learn, share and adapt
  
  

Desirable

• Experience in sports/biomechanics, minor nail/skin procedures, or complex orthotic manufacturing.
• Previous mentoring or leadership exposure.
• Interest in leveraging data/technology to improve outcomes.
