About the Role

  • The Chairperson will lead and govern, representing the vision and purpose of our organization, and chairing the board responsible for making statutory decisions.
  • The Members will provide guidance and support, engaging actively in meetings to ensure effective decision-making.

Key Requirements

  • The Chairperson must be an Australian lawyer with at least seven years of experience or a person who has held judicial office.
  • Other Members must possess expertise or experience in regulation of financial crime, law enforcement, accounting, or corporate governance.

  • You will have strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and experience in facilitating sensitive discussions with stakeholders.
