Warehouse Operations Excellence

We are seeking a skilled and experienced warehouse professional to lead our operations team in achieving excellence in logistics. As a Leading Hand, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations, driving performance improvements, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehousing and logistics, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements. They will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a high-performing team to achieve operational objectives
  • Ensuring inventory accuracy and control across all functions
  • Maintaining good working relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Implementing and maintaining safe work practices and procedures
  • Identifying training needs and opportunities to develop the team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of operational experience in a high-volume warehouse or 3PL environment
  • Forklift License (High Reach, Counter Balance, Double Deep) preferred
  • Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to deliver superior customer service
  • Effective communication skills with various stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • WMS experience, including exposure to various functions
  • Understanding of inventory management and investigation processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
