About the Role

Bare is revolutionizing the way Australians approach end-of-life care. We're seeking an exceptional event professional to join our team as a Funeral/Memorial Concierge, responsible for delivering exceptional experiences for families during their most vulnerable moments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to families and celebrants at memorial services, ensuring a seamless and respectful experience.
  • Manage event logistics, including setup, flower arrangements, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a cohesive and compassionate experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with families, understanding their needs and preferences.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in event planning and management, with a focus on customer experience.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service in high-pressure situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
