Section Manager Opportunity

This is a unique chance to take on a key role in our hospitality team. As a section manager, you will be responsible for ensuring high levels of service are consistently delivered to our guests.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and efficient service to guests within your section
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages with confidence and care
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of your section at all times
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle guest queries or feedback professionally and promptly
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in a fine dining establishment or upscale restaurant is preferred.
- Skillset: Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and a polished demeanor.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in wine service and an understanding of food and beverage pairings.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure all aspects of service meet high standards.
- Flexibility: Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification: Completion of Food safety and Responsible service of alcohol
