Food and Wine Expertise - Section Waitstaff Role
Job DescriptionThis position offers a unique opportunity to develop your food and wine knowledge in a high-end restaurant setting.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences, showcasing your expertise in food and beverage service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a Waitstaff or Runner in an upscale restaurant environment
- Able to confidently carry multiple plates, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
- Consistently exceeding guest expectations through outstanding service skills
- Possession of Victorian RSA Certificate, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Our ideal candidate possesses a genuine passion for food and wine, coupled with excellent time management, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is highly desirable, along with the ability to thrive under pressure.
