Job Description

The Community Health Partnerships Development Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen partnerships between community organizations and the healthcare sector. This involves providing secretariat support to advisory groups, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and building relationships with stakeholders.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled project officer to make a meaningful contribution to improving health outcomes in the community.

The successful candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships between community organizations and the healthcare sector
  • Provide secretariat support to advisory groups, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and develop proposals to secure funding
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a project management or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
