Job Description

The Community Health Partnerships Development Officer will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to strengthen partnerships between community organizations and the healthcare sector. This involves providing secretariat support to advisory groups, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and building relationships with stakeholders.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships between community organizations and the healthcare sector
  • Provide secretariat support to advisory groups, including scheduling meetings and taking minutes
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration and develop proposals to secure funding
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a project management or coordination role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
