Job Title: Behaviour Support Practitioner

We are seeking highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioners to fill key roles in a dynamic and supportive environment.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to provide life-changing therapy to participants, working in diverse settings such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres.
  • As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will utilise assessment and intervention skills to support participants in achieving their goals and maximising funding opportunities.
  • You will build meaningful relationships with the participants and their supports (family, carers, friends) and develop Behaviour Support Plans with function-based strategies, utilising positive behaviour support framework.
  • You will conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to address complex behavioural challenges.

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification (Bachelor, Masters or Graduate Diploma) and relevant registration, including AHPRA, SPA or AASW membership. They must also be deemed as a Behaviour Support Practitioner by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, with evidence of this required.
