Business Development Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Business Development Assistant to join our team in Brisbane.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate schedules and documentation for the sales team.
  • Work with Marketing to ensure adequate supply of sales-related equipment and collateral.
  • Maintain accurate data in Salesforce, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
  • Create and distribute relevant reports to stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and management team members as needed.
  • Manage meeting agendas and prepare required materials.
  • Assist in preparing promotional material or events.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.
  • Experience in proposal/client-facing document development.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
