Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enhancing safety and service delivery within the aviation sector.

About the Role:

As a Senior Engineering Specialist, you will support the operation and maintenance of assets that are critical to the delivery of Air Navigation Services and Aviation Rescue Fire Fighting Services (ARFFS) to industry.

  • Primarily support activities in the VHF communications domain.
  • Provide additional engineering support across the UHF and HF communications domains as required.
  • Deliver technical expertise to ensure the reliability, compliance, and safety of critical aviation systems.
Key Requirements:
  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering is essential.
  • You must be eligible for registration as a Professional Engineer in accordance with relevant legislation.
  • Avoid any gap in your experience in the aviation field.
  • We require Australian Citizens who can achieve and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance at the required level.
  • A minimum commitment of 3 days per week in the office is expected.
