We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our public health initiatives.

As the Principal Lead, you will be responsible for providing authoritative advice to senior stakeholders and contributing to strategic policy and delivery of preventive health interventions.

  • Providing expert guidance to senior stakeholders\
  • Contributing to the creation and implementation of effective health policies\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive health equity and wellbeing outcomes\
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including community groups and government agencies\
  • Identifying and addressing health disparities through data-driven analysis and evidence-based solutions\
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in public health to inform strategy and decision-making\
  • Ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\
  • Communicating complex information effectively to diverse audiences through various channels and formats\
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of training programs to enhance staff capabilities and capacity\
  • Providing regular updates and progress reports to senior management and other key stakeholders\
  • Identifying and leveraging opportunities for collaboration and partnership to advance public health priorities\
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation to support program evaluation and quality assurance\
  • Participating in professional development activities to stay current with industry trends and best practices\
