Job Overview">

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment. Strong skills in dialling in espresso machines and a solid understanding of coffee extraction are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Coffee Preparation: Expertly prepare and serve coffee, maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
  3. Confidently dial in espresso machines, ensuring optimal extraction and flavour profiles throughout the day.
  4. Manage and maintain coffee equipment, including grinders and espresso machines.
Operational Efficiency

Work efficiently during busy periods, maintaining speed and accuracy without compromising on quality. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow, particularly during rush periods. Assist with general café duties, including restocking, cleaning, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Customer Interaction

  3. Provide recommendations and share knowledge about our coffee offerings with guests.
  4. Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly and effectively.
Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience as a barista in a high-volume, specialty coffee environment. Strong skills in dialling in espresso machines and a solid understanding of coffee extraction. Ability to maintain composure and deliver consistent quality under pressure. Keen interest in the coffee industry, with a desire to learn and grow within the field. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
