At Allpress Espresso, we've been dedicated to better days, inspired by iconic flavor, for over three decades.
We started with a second-hand roaster and a coffee cart, introducing specialty coffee to New Zealand and changing the nation's drinking habits.
Today, we roast coffee for the world's best independent cafes.
The Trainer Role
As a trainer at our company, you'll:
Teach wholesale customers how to prepare and serve coffee and steam milk to our recipe.
Plan, schedule, and run training classes in-house and at customer locations throughout Queensland and Northern NSW.
Take an active role in customer engagement, providing cafe customers with skills and tools to grow their business.
Help ensure customers are up-to-date on their training and making delicious coffee.
Drive coffee knowledge and educate internal teams.
Offer friendly, professional service and expert knowledge on our products and machinery.
You'll Be A
A seasoned barista with a passion for teaching and ideally an understanding of the Brisbane cafe scene.
To succeed, you'll need:
A confident barista with a well-honed palate and a passion for coffee.
An engaging, clear communicator who is comfortable presenting to a group.
Experience with coffee machinery and equipment, including La Marzocco machines.
An organised, proactive, and flexible team player who can work autonomously and think on their feet.
A valid Driver's license and ability to travel within QLD and Northern NSW.
Good computer and admin skills.
