Job Title: Financial Accountant

">About the Role">

The Financial Accountant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports. They will work closely with the Financial Accounting Manager to monitor all financial data, covering balance sheet, statement of profit & loss, and internal management reports.

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly journals and accrual entries.">
  • Manage the general ledger and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, investigating and clearing reconciling items.">
  • Ensure contributions for Monthly Payroll Tax, Quarterly BAS, Annual FBT Returns, Annual Tax Returns, and other ad hoc tax requirements are accurate and submitted on time.">
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end statutory accounts.">
  • Support external and internal audits related to Financial Accounting and Compliance.">
  • Identify and implement solutions to streamline month-end processes.">
