We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering accurate and timely financial reporting and management accounts to key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role. They will be able to use their initiative to deliver timely and relevant insights, enabling the team to make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities will include financial accounting and reporting, cost management and analysis, budgeting and forecasting, IBP and inventory management, ERP administration, compliance, and staff management.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, able to problem solve, and has excellent communication skills. The ability to work both with the finance team and across the broader business is essential.

Candidates with experience in NetSuite or SAP are highly regarded, particularly those with an understanding of back-end accounting systems and administration.
