Operations Team Lead

We're looking for a results-driven team player to join our dynamic operations team as Duty Manager. In this key role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our club.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional service and leadership to ensure an outstanding customer experience in a safe and welcoming environment.
- Building strong relationships with members and colleagues alike, fostering a sense of community and belonging within our club.
- Handling any issues that arise during opening or closing procedures and working collaboratively with the team to resolve them efficiently.
- Reporting any technical faults or maintenance requirements.
- Continuously seeking ways to add value and exceed member expectations.
As a successful Duty Manager, you'll be warm, honest, and genuine, with 2+ years of relevant experience and a keen eye for detail. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, remain calm under pressure, and take pride in ensuring seamless operations.
You will have excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with people at all levels, and possess a flexible schedule, including one weekend a fortnight. Experience in retail or hospitality is highly valued but not essential.
