- Record incidents in detailed logs
- Provide security and maintenance services, including safety and emergency response procedures
- Offer after-hours support and be readily available for assistance
- Ensure carpool vehicles are well-maintained, serviced, and in good working condition
- Offer logistical support and participate in civic functions
- Open and close the administration center
- Experience in the security sector
- Excellent communication skills and ability to make timely and reliable decisions
- Coping skills for maintenance work and manual handling
- Self-motivation and ability to interact with the public and maintain accurate records
- Current C-class driver's license
- QLD security license (class 1) with supporting evidence of competence achieved
- Completed modules in crowd control, unarmed security officer, and monitoring security officer
