About the role
Sunstate Security Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Technician to join our team in Coopers Plains, Queensland. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in delivering our industry-leading security solutions to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing
- Performing installation, maintenance, and repair of security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intruder alarms
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting to clients
- Preparing detailed reports and documentation related to work completed
- Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with relevant safety and industry regulations
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and client satisfaction
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Security Technician or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of security system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
