Job Summary

Clinical Nurses are required to lead the way in specialist mental health care for older adults. This role involves utilising advanced clinical expertise to deliver and coordinate high-quality care.

About the Role
  • Support service delivery across clinical care, education, quality improvement, and research, contributing to excellence in patient outcomes.
  • Take on a key leadership position in the absence of the Nurse Grade 7, with responsibility for delegation, supervision, and team support.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

  • You demonstrate critical thinking, leadership, and the ability to support and mentor others across clinical care, education, and service improvement initiatives.

  • You excel in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments, using your strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence positive change and drive innovation.
