About this role:

The position involves delivering early intervention clinical assessments and therapeutic support to individuals with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
Key responsibilities include providing evidence-based interventions, facilitating referrals to internal and external services, maintaining accurate clinical records, and supporting intake, group programs, and community engagement activities.
- Applicants must have an approved tertiary qualification and minimum 1 year's experience in a health-related discipline along with registration with the relevant regulatory body.
- It is essential to have demonstrated experience in the provision of individual client work including screening, assessment, targeted goal, and outcome-focused interventions to young people and their families.
- Experience working with young people within a multi-disciplinary mental health or youth service setting and a demonstrated understanding of mental health issues impacting young people, best practice treatment options, support services, and co-morbidities are highly desirable.
