Job Title: Experienced Capsule

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced capsule machine operator to join our team. As a dedicated and proactive individual, you will be responsible for operating manufacturing processes within a regulated production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and perform manufacturing processes within a regulated production environment
- Perform tasks required to run and operate machines efficiently including line clearance tasks and effective management of raw materials and components
- Operate capsule machines to fill capsules with medicinal formulas
- Ensure all activities comply with relevant site GMP and OHS&E requirements and be accountable for documentation generated as part of manufacturing or packing processes
- Follow Work Instructions and SOPs
- Participate in problem-solving groups where required
- Troubleshoot machinery and diagnostics as required
- Maintain high safety and quality standards
- Other duties as required from time to time

Requirements:

- 3-5 years' experience operating a fully automatic capsule machine
- High mechanical aptitude and manual lifting ability required
- Previous supplement, powder manufacturing experience, food, or pharmaceutical
- Ability to work efficiently with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player with proven ability to work unsupervised
- Own reliable transport
- Willing to participate in random drug tests
