Logistics Coordinator Leader

The Logistics Coordinator Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless operations within transportation networks. This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire a team to achieve performance goals and productivity standards that align with organizational objectives.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and effective execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Foster a strong health and safety culture by adhering to relevant laws and internal policies.
- Oversight of departmental tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
- Staff debriefs and accurate completion of paperwork are essential responsibilities.
- Perform duties in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Task allocation to staff to maintain daily performance targets.
- Evaluate staffing levels, address absences, performance issues, and training needs.
- Support onboarding and training of new associates.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in tracking, analyzing, and reporting Exchange Point metrics.
- Prior experience in warehouse operations and logistics is required.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Capacity to lift up to 20kg and perform physical tasks during shifts.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
