About the Opportunity

This is a permanent part-time opportunity with a minimum of 16 hours a fortnight across Northwest and Western Sydney.

  • Competitive Salary - SCHADS Level 2 base rate starting from $33.41 per hour (depending on experience) with additional penalty rates, superannuation, and salary packaging benefits.
  • Salary Packaging Benefits up to $18,550 per year - pay less tax
  • Flexible Roster with a combination of weekday and Saturday shifts is required
  • Flexible Working Hours - 7 days a week from 9am to 7pm

Our service operates 7 days a week environment from 9am to 7pm. The roster looks like:

e.g. 9am to 1pm on Wednesday and Saturday or 9am to 1pm Tuesday and Saturday. Additional shifts can be offered - morning, afternoon, evening including weekend shifts.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience or qualifications in disability or aged care
  • Possession of a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check
  • NSW Driver's license (can be on Green P Plates) and Comprehensive car insurance are required for the role.
  • First Aid Certificate is also a necessary qualification.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Aiding with daily life activities both at home and in the community.
  • Supporting individuals with their educational and work-related endeavors.
  • Facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.
  • Assisting with transportation to enable access to daily activities and engagements.
