Job Description

As a National Student Marketing Manager at Red Bull, you will be responsible for leading our marketing efforts across the country. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take on a strategic role in shaping our marketing strategy.

About the Role
  • This position requires a senior leader with experience in managing people and teams, as well as strong skills in nurturing and developing junior team members.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Human Resources is required, and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in leading events & marketing activities is necessary.
  • Experience working within the university landscape is also essential, as well as the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Leverage your expertise to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive engagement and growth.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including university partners and internal teams.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create innovative solutions.
  4. Develop and manage budgets to achieve marketing objectives.
  5. Analyze campaign results and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements
  • Senior experience in managing people and teams.
  • Strong skills in nurturing and developing junior team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in leading events & marketing activities.
  • Experience in the working within the university landscape.
  • Travel 20-30%.
