Civil Earthworks Leadership Role

Our organization seeks an accomplished Civil Earthworks Leader to oversee a team of operators in civil earthworks projects. As part of our Australian mining resources sector specialist teams, you will be responsible for carrying out highly efficient Civil earthworks across maintenance, construction, rehabilitation, and mining projects.

  • Oversee a team of operators in civil earthworks projects.
  • Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards, fostering a culture of compliance and accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisor position in civil mining bulk earthworks, hold a Full S26 Statutory qualification, Australian working rights, and a valid Australian Driver's license. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are also essential.
