A Crisis Respite Coordinator role is available to lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality services to families and carers in need.
About the Role:This position involves overseeing day-to-day operations, managing a team, and ensuring service delivery meets compliance requirements. You will work closely with consortium partners and community providers to ensure services are accessible and effectively delivered.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12 Emergency Respite Planners.
- Collaborate with consortium partners and community providers.
- Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure service quality.
- Manage rostering, ticket allocation, and workload distribution.
- Ensure service delivery meets compliance requirements.
- Proven leadership experience in the community sector.
- Degree-level qualifications in a related field highly regarded.
- Strong IT and systems capability.
- Salary: $102,000 + Super + Salary Packaging (SCHADS Level 6.1)
- Full-time, permanent role
