Consumer Communications Lead

The role involves developing and executing external communication strategies for consumer-focused priorities. You will build relationships with media, agencies, and stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns.

  • Develop impactful consumer communication content, including media releases, articles, and digital assets
  • Manage media activities, enquiries, and opportunities that align with strategic goals
  • Oversee campaign performance metrics to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in communications, media, or a related field
  • 6-8 years' experience in communications, media, or PR (including digital and social media)
  • Demonstrated success leading external communication strategies from concept to delivery - ideally for a consumer brand or financial services organisation

Preferred skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the Australian media landscape and content creation
  • Ability to pitch and secure media coverage
  • Experience in financial services or regulation
