The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Service Manager to lead our team in delivering outstanding services to participants. As a leader, you will be responsible for mentoring, motivating, and retaining a dedicated team of practitioners while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor Practitioners: Promote continuous improvement in behaviour support practices and provide constructive feedback to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct Peer Review: Behaviour Support Plans, providing guidance and support to ensure best practice.
  • Build Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with participants, families, and community stakeholders to promote support services.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the operational management and financial performance of the team, ensuring a financially sustainable service.

Requirements

  • Qualifications and Experience: In-depth knowledge of contemporary practices for people with challenging behaviours, relevant qualification and registration, experience in motivating and mentoring a team of practitioners, proficiency in electronic client management systems, and data analysis.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead by example, motivate and retain a team, and foster a culture of engagement and commitment values.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
