Bitumen Transportation Specialist

Experience the thrill of delivering bitumen products across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Our team is seeking an experienced Driver to join us in this critical role.

As a key member of our asphalt spray team, you will be responsible for operating a heavy vehicle combination (primarily a B-Double) transporting dangerous goods. You will promote a positive public image of our organisation and interact with internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner.

Your day will consist of delivering the truck for loading and unloading of bitumen, working closely with our Spray team in Regional Victoria and minor fault finding and maintenance work on the truck if required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transportation of bitumen products across various locations
  • Operation of heavy vehicles in compliance with safety regulations
  • Regular communication with colleagues and customers
  • Maintenance of company trucks and reporting faults to management
  • Adherence to organisational policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For:

  • A dedicated and committed driver with experience transporting dangerous goods
  • Strong commitment to safety and the environment
  • HC or MC drivers' license with a Dangerous Goods license
  • Experience in tanker operation and handling of bituminous products
  • Ability to work flexible hours and meet operational requirements
