Bitumen Delivery Specialist

Your next chance to shine in a dynamic role involves delivering bitumen products safely and efficiently to asphalt plants across Metro Melbourne and supporting road spray teams in regional Victoria.
Daily Tasks- Loading and unloading bitumen
- Collaborating with our Spray team in Regional Victoria
- Performing minor fault finding and maintenance on the truck if needed
- Operating heavy vehicle combinations (primarily a B-Double) transporting dangerous goods
- Promoting a positive public image of the organization and interacting with internal & external customers professionally and courteously
- Maintaining the company truck and reporting faults to management
- Bringing the truck in for daily loading at Dandenong, Geelong, and Laverton plants
- Complying with safety and environmental standards
- A dedicated and committed driver with experience transporting Dangerous Goods, ideally bitumen or other DG liquids
- A strong commitment to safety and environmental standards with a focus on customer service
- A HC or MC drivers' license with a Dangerous Goods license (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in tanker operation and handling of bituminous products (desirable)
- A good understanding of Fatigue Management is advantageous
- An organization dedicated to health, safety, and the environment
