We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. They will be responsible for delivering a superior customer experience, maintaining a neat and tidy shopfloor, and supporting the store leadership team with assigned tasks.

This is a seasonal role that requires flexibility and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be able to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior customer experience for each person who visits our store.
  • Ensure stores are open and ready for customers.
  • Manage stock movement, optimize sales, and maintain a tidy shopfloor.
  • Work with the store team to maintain high standards of store presentation.
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge and be able to research and describe product features and benefits.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate products based on customer needs or desires.
  • Support the store leadership team with assigned tasks in line with departmental expectations.
